My glassesusa experience was awful, a cautionary tale. My 12-year-old's glasses arrived with an incorrect pupil distance (PD); the site didn't prompt for it, just assumed. He couldn't see. This failure compelled me to contact customer service.

Customer: "My son's glasses are wrong; the PD is incorrect! Your site never asked for it." CS Rep: "I apologize for the PD issue. We understand this is frustrating." Customer: "I tried calling, no human answers! Emails are too slow. We need corrected lenses now." CS Rep: "I'm sorry for the communication. We can offer corrected lenses. You must send the originals back first for exchange." Customer: "So he's without glasses? This process is dragging on." CS Rep: "We'll prioritize the new order upon receiving the return to minimize the wait."

The reason I left this review is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap with glassesusa.
